I took it for the first time today. I work in construction and had a hour and a half ride before getting to the jobsite. I took it when I woke up. So I was wired about 30 mins into my ride lol. Tomorrow I will take it when I'm 30 mins from the site. But it gave me a boost for about 5 hrs. Had to take it again at lunch to keep me going. But it does work.
